I called to place an order for broccoli with garlic sauce and asked for my usual well-done broccoli, only to get told the chef was “too busy” to cook it through properly. I was totally stunned—how is that a valid excuse for skipping a basic customer request? The male staff who took my call was incredibly short-tempered and rude the entire time. It’s night and day compared to the woman who answers the phone; she’s always polite, patient and accommodating with every order. While I will admit their food itself does taste pretty good, the awful, unprofessional attitude from this male worker completely ruins the ordering experience. It’s unacceptable to brush off simple customization requests with a lazy excuse and treat customers with such disrespect. I’ll only call to order when I know the friendly female staff is working from now on.

This restaurant is disgustingly unsanitary, and I’m never ordering from here again. I’ve lived just one block away my whole life and used to grab meals occasionally, drawn in by their cheap DoorDash specials. But this is the second time my mom has discovered bugs floating in her food. I’ve eaten here dozens of times without spotting anything myself, though I don’t inspect every bite closely.My mom is extremely thorough and obsessive about cleanliness, and the only two times she’s gotten food from this spot, she’s pulled out flies and other insects from her dishes. It’s horrifying to think about how many unseen bugs I’ve probably unknowingly eaten over the years. The kitchen clearly lacks basic pest control and proper food prep hygiene. Save yourself the risk of ingesting contaminated food and steer clear of this filthy takeout spot entirely.

rice was mushy , sticking together. Shrimp and broccoli had no sauce just DRY , THE PRICES ARE RIDICULOUS, my order was $13. The minimum was of $10 if using card my orders was $13 I repeated they charged my card $25 MEANWHILE the food is NASTY.. DO NOT , I REPEAT DO NOT eat there. DONT TRUST a Chinese store that stay open @3

Absolutely traumatized, 5 minutes into eating my food my girlfriend screams out—“There’s a roach” We live in a college dorm with consistent pest control and cleanliness. The roach came from the bag and I am absolutely anguished by the possibility of it coming from the food. Any bug, any where—is a serious health hazard. Extremely disappointed having order from there previously and after seeing another review 4yrs ago stating they saw a roach in the building.

I tried the chowmein and lo mein first, kinda bland. The fried chicken and fried rices are great. The online order system is really simple, quick, and efficient. The staff speaks English good enough.
